French midfielder N'golo Kante has finally completed his move to Turkish giants Fenerbahce after a crucial breakthrough resolved the documentation issues that initially stalled his agreement with Al-Ittihad. This resolution also paves the way for Moroccan forward Youssef En-Nesyri to join the Saudi club.

On Tuesday, a series of document issues initially prevented the successful completion of the deal. While all parties had seemingly agreed terms – the French midfielder would bolster the Istanbul club's midfield, and the Moroccan forward, a former Sevilla striker, would join the Saudi outfit following fellow Frenchman Karim Benzema's departure to Al-Hilal – these problems abruptly halted the operation.

However, the situation was eventually resolved, with both clubs receiving FIFA's approval. This allowed Fenerbahce to announce the arrival of the French international, who departs Al-Ittihad. He follows his compatriot Karim Benzema, the club's other major star, who has also signed for Al-Hilal, while Al-Ittihad now brings in Youssef En-Nesyri.

Kante previously played for Caen, Leicester City, and Chelsea. His impressive trophy cabinet includes the 2018 World Cup in Russia, two Premier League titles, an FA Cup, the Champions League, the Europa League, the UEFA Super Cup, the Club World Cup, and two titles won in Saudi Arabia.
