Anderlecht defender Moussa Ndiaye will replace Sadio Mane and he will join Senegal's training camp in the next few hours. Senegal coach Aliou Cisse confirmed this information in a press conference.

The Bayern Munich player, who has a knee injury, will not be able to play at the World Cup in Qatar. The coach called up a 20-year-old left-back in order to replace him.

"He is an emerging talent. He's very promising and that's why he's joining us. It will be good for him and for the national team," Cisse said.

Ndiaye spent two seasons at La Masia in Barcelona's reserve teams before signing for Anderlecht. This summer, he moved to the Belgian side and he was promoted to the first team after playing three clashes for the second team. He has played in ten competitive matches and he has provided one assist this season.

Ndiaye was not Cisse's first choice. The coachg was opting for Monaco defender
